Origin

All orders are shipped from Switzerland.

Shipping Options & Rates

Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout. If your location is not available as a shipping option, please contact us at store@buildacubesat.space or +41 31 561 93 45 and we’ll do our best to help.

Carriers

We primarily ship with Swiss Post. For high-value items or goods requiring special handling, we may use DHL or another suitable carrier.

Handling Times

  • In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Pre-orders / not-in-stock items ship according to the release schedule shown on the product page.

Tracking

  • Orders under CHF 10 may ship without tracking.

  • Orders above this value ship with tracking. Tracking information is sent by email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Estimates

Transit times depend on the selected shipping option and destination. Please note that all delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes on International Orders

Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes and carrier handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs, and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control or predict these fees. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering. We cannot mark parcels as “gift” or undervalue them.

Order Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at store@buildacubesat.space with your order number. We’ll assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
